
Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon, diced
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 juice of lime
- 2 tsp cilantro, chopped optional
- splash sparkling water
- mint
Instructions
- Put watermelon, coconut water, water, chopped cilantro and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until well mixed.
- Pour into a glass of ice and top with mint and splash of sparkling water.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
*Makes ~2 cups
*You can replace the cilantro with mint if you desire!
