Watermelon Water

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon, diced
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 juice of lime
  • 2 tsp cilantro, chopped optional
  • splash sparkling water
  • mint

Instructions

  • Put watermelon, coconut water, water, chopped cilantro and lime juice in a blender.
  • Blend until well mixed.
  • Pour into a glass of ice and top with mint and splash of sparkling water.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

*Makes ~2 cups
*You can replace the cilantro with mint if you desire!
