Lean Queens Challenge




The Lean Queens Weight Loss Challenge is an 8-week program designed to help busy women learn how to lose weight while still eating the foods they love. We do not promote exclusions or pills (aka: we do not set you up for yet another weight loss failure!) The challenge part of the program is pushing yourself to learn a lasting way of life, ditching the diet mentality, and learning self-forgiveness all while watching the pounds drop!

Sign Up Includes:

  • Access to a registered dietitian nutritionist who has helped hundreds lose weight
  • An individualized weight loss plan
  • Exclusive access to a private Facebook group full of guidance on healthy eating and weight loss. Tip sheets, videos, live Q&As, cooking tips, a recipe album and so much more!
  • A community of women including successful Lean Queen Veterans who are ready to show you the way!
  • Private initial, midpoint, and final virtual weigh ins to help keep you accountable!

This challenge can be done from anywhere, all you have to do is log in to get connected!

Husband/Boyfriend Add-On

The group is for women only, but for an additional $40 your man can come on this journey with you! He will need to complete his own assessment to receive his recommended calorie/macronutrient needs via email. From there, he will be able to follow alongside and support you as you participate in the group!

Who referred you?

To get started:

  1. Sign up ends August 14th!
  2. After checkout you will receive an assessment to complete and the link to request to enter the group. Please complete these ASAP.
  3. Upon challenge start date, you will receive personalized results and be accepted into the group.
  4. This is when the fun will begin! Inside the group you will receive the information, videos, community interaction, recipes and everything else that you need to be successful on this challenge!

*Virtual weigh ins will be held August 20th, September 17th, and October 15th. Plan to take weight, measurements, and progress pics on these days to send via email to Constance.

**Please note that you will receive emails from Perfect Fit Nutrition the day or two prior to challenge start date. These emails will contain your personalized nutrition results and all of the info you need to begin the challenge.
