As a registered dietitian and weight loss expert, I have been working with women to lose weight for 10+ years. As a busy wife and momma who loves food, I understand the struggle to eat the “healthy” things all the time. It feels like a constant tug of war in your kitchen and on your plate, and I am here to tell you, it doesn’t have to be this way!
In my own personal life, along with walking alongside other women in theirs, I have developed the perfect method for realistic weight loss that doesn’t suck. The secret sauce is in the goal setting. If you set your goals too high and then life comes along and smacks them out of your hand, you are left feeling like a failure and assuming you will never be able to lose the weight.
Women tend to feel more confident when they are clear on the WHY behind what they are doing and the steps that they are taking feel doable.
In 2016 I began offering short weight loss challenges where women worked their plans and learned about eating healthy. These challenges grew larger than I ever could have dreamed. Women were desperate to learn how to lose weight and still eat all their favorite foods while being encouraged daily… and they were thriving.
In 2020, we transitioned to a membership program where I offer longer term support and accountability to my clients. Now, we are opening enrollment seasonally, when we start a challenge inside the membership! You can start a challenge with us in just a few days!

Who is PFN Weight Loss for?
PFN Weight Loss is for any woman looking to lose weight who is tired of the yo-yo, tired of the fads, and ready to lose weight and keep it off FOR GOOD!
What can I eat?
ANYTHING! We do not exclude any food items or food groups on this weight loss program. We teach you how to fit in your favorites, like carbs, wine, dessert and pizza while still eating healthy foods and losing weight.
Can I do this while pregnant or breastfeeding?
While we do not encourage weight loss while pregnant, we do have several ladies who use this program to help control their level of healthy weight gain while pregnant.
We work with many breastfeeding mommas to lose weight while maintaining their supply! We consider this a specialty as we have had many clients and several PFN team members lose weight while breastfeeding with this program!

Can my husband join?
While we do not allow men inside of our community or our dashboard, we do have a husband add-on option! Once you sign up you will see an option on your dashboard to add your husband and get his personalized calories and macros so that he can work alongside you to lose weight!
Do I have to count calories and macros?
At first, yes. To lose weight, you must be in a calorie deficit. It is science. It is fact. We provide a safe calorie/macro range to ensure that you are eating enough to fuel yourself and maintain a healthy body, but low enough to ensure you will lose weight.
We believe that without KNOWING what you are eating and how it compares to the calories/macros you need for weight loss, you will be lost! You must first become aware of your choices and the makeup of the foods you eat. By tracking, you get more comfortable in this area and are able to better make decisions when choosing what to eat.
The goal is not to track forever, but to track until you begin to feel comfortable making food choices that match up with your weight loss goals.
Do I have to be on Facebook to participate?
Facebook is not required, but that is where our community is housed.
Do I have to be local?
No! Everything is virtual and can be done from anywhere!
Do I have to commit to a certain time period?
No, you can cancel anytime.
