PERFECT FIT NUTRITION TEAM

Meet Constance, The Owner.

Constance is a registered dietitian and owner/creator of Perfect Fit Nutrition and the Lean Queen Lifestyle. She has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nutrition, and has helped thousands of women lose weight.  She is a mom to two young girls and a wife to a picky husband.

Constance knows that fad diets and strict regimens and products don’t work for the long haul. Her ultimate goal is to teach women how to lose weight using normal food that they’d be happy eating even after the weight is gone. Constance knows that trying to incorporate someone else’s meals and food choices into our own unique lifestyle is not practical and does not last. This is why fad diets fail. We try to conform to that diet’s rules, instead of getting help to design our own rules around our own personal needs.

Constance teaches women how to assess the life they are living and the season that they are in to then use that as the outline for how they will approach their own personal weight loss. Constance proudly proclaims that what she teaches is not a quick fix, but a lifestyle! You won’t drop 20 pounds in one week like the fads proclaim, but you will lose weight and learn how to KEEP IT OFF FOREVER.

Meet Stacy, The Dietitian.

Stacy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics, and completed her dietetic internship at University of Southern Mississippi. She has been a registered dietitian for over 20 years! Stacy has been married for 20 years to her best friend, and the Lord blessed them with two amazing kids. They stay busy with school activities and sports, but she wouldn’t change it for a second!

Stacy says she has been “thin” her entire life and even with two pregnancies, she was able to lose her baby weight quickly. This was the case until she reached 44 years old and over the next year and a half gained weight and had a harder time getting the weight off! Throughout her adult life she has been physically active, but it was not enough. She says she knew what to do, but practicing what she preached was not always easy. She tried popular “fads” from Keto to Carb Cycling, and tried other weight loss programs, too. She says she joined Perfect Fit Nutrition so she could be the student and relearn what she knew was tried and true success…eating, not eliminating and finding that safe relationship with food. She felt absolutely amazing within a month and decided she wanted to help clients who had gone through the same thing and more. Stacy says “I was blessed to be able to join the PFN Team and begin helping so many clients find themselves just as this program helped me find me! Helping others become a better version of themselves through learning to have a positive relationship with food and seeing the results is one of the most rewarding parts of my professional life! I cannot wait to help you in your journey!”

Meet Candace, The Client Success Manager.

Candace is our Client Success Manager and handles all things customer service. She has been married for 4 years to her husband, Kyle, and has a dog named Zeus who she absolutely adores! She attended Mississippi State University and got her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Finance. She is the organization and systems expert for this business and keeps the wheels turning for us daily! She played soccer and tennis her entire life, so she has always had a passion for being active. After college, she developed our PFN principles and found a new love for health, weight training, and running. Learning how to eat and fuel her body in a healthy way (and not restricting) was life changing for her. Currently Candace loves attending barre classes, cycling, and walking.

Candace says “Working for Perfect Fit Nutrition and with the Lean Queen ladies is such an honor! Each success story is like one of a sister. The best part is watching our ladies develop a healthy mindset around food, health, and body image, which is hard to find these days! I am so proud of this program my sister, Constance, has built! Being a Lean Queen is so much more than just losing weight, it’s about sisterhood and giving yourself grace while learning to live a healthy lifestyle.”

Meet Christa, The Fitness Coach.

Christa is our fitness coach and assists with creativity across the program. She is also one of the sisters, and a newlywed to her husband, Kyle. Christa says “Many think we are crazy for working so closely together but in my opinion, it has only brought us closer and strengthened the company. Being the youngest, I have always tried to follow in their footsteps, health and wellness being one of them. I was not always into the fruits and veggies or especially, fitness. I was the girl who thought ‘choosing healthy’ was simply not eating and could never stay consistent with a workout regimen. This is not how it has to be, ladies.”

Christa adapted a normal and sustainable health and fitness regimen in her mid twenties and has never looked back. She immediately saw a shift in her thought process and began to understand that it doesn’t have to be THAT HARD to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle. It doesn’t have to be about restrictions or hours of cardio, it’s about balance and grace. She says, “Perfect Fit Nutrition taught me not only how to fuel myself properly but also my husband and hopefully, one day family.”

Christa’s passion for fitness and perspective change about health inspired her to want to help others. She has a wide range of exercise experience including yoga, running, barre, and strength training. This variety has provided her with so much knowledge and ability for helping our Lean Queens get movement in weekly.

Christa says that this program is an ongoing journey that is intended on being a lifestyle change, not a diet or a quick fix and she is proud to be a part of it.
