Heyyy girl! I am Constance!

I have worked with thousands of busy women to teach them how to lose weight eating the foods they love.

As a registered dietitian and weight loss expert, I have been working with women to lose weight for 10+ years. As a busy wife and momma who loves food, I understand the struggle to eat the “healthy” things all the time. It feels like a constant tug of war in your kitchen and on your plate, and I am here to tell you, it doesn’t have to be this way!

In my own personal life, along with walking alongside other women in theirs, I have developed the perfect method for realistic weight loss. The secret sauce is in the goal setting. If you set your goals too high and then life comes along and smacks them out of your hand, you are left feeling like a failure and assuming you will never be able to lose the weight.

Women tend to feel more confident when they are clear on the WHY behind what they are doing and the steps that they are taking feel doable. 

In 2016 I began offering short weight loss challenges where women worked their plans and learned about eating healthy. These challenges grew larger than I ever could have dreamed. Women were desperate to learn how to lose weight and still eat all their favorite foods and they were thriving.

In 2020, we transitioned to a membership program where I now work deeply and on a longer basis with my clients. This program is going strong and has taught our clients how to feel confident in their nutrition choices and how find grace in the crazy days.

We have seen TENS OF THOUSANDS of pounds lost over the years by these amazing women!
