Equipment

  • 1 pressure cooker

Ingredients

  • 2 apples diced
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 stick cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional for more sweetness

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in pressure cooker and put top on.
  • Set pressure on HIGH for 5 minutes
  • Quick release and let cool.
