- 1 pressure cooker
- 2 apples diced
- 4 cups water
- 1 stick cinnamon stick
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp sugar optional for more sweetness
- Put all ingredients in pressure cooker and put top on.
- Set pressure on HIGH for 5 minutes
- Quick release and let cool.
