Did you know that all Perfect Fit Nutrition recipe nutrition info has been entered into MyFitnessPal?
For each one, the brand is Perfect Fit Nutrition and every recipe has PFN before the recipe name. So for instance “PFN Healthier Poppyseed Chicken” with the brand as Perfect Fit Nutrition. Every recipe name is written exactly as it is on the recipe.
**NOTE** The recipes have been entered as “food” instead of recipes (only way I could do it). So you cannot tweak the recipe ingredients in MFP. Also, the serving size is for 1 serving for each recipe. (Check the actual recipe for the total number of servings it offers.)
